Change In Portfolio Will Be Amarinder Singh's Decision: Navjot Sidhu

Congress leader and Punjab's Local Government Minister Navjot Singh Sidhu on Thursday said any change in his portfolio will be the decision of Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh.
